I will try at “Crossing Borders: Migration and the Visual Arts in Denmark, 1800-2021” on Friday, September 24th, 2021 at the Royal Danish Academy of Science and Letters in Copenhagen to say someting about The Starchild project.
From my paper: “By presenting my own works from my art circle “The Starchild Project” I will suggest how a broken chronological timeline creates an invisible space from where transnational adoptees constantly try to make visible expressions – how the polyphonic is created as an exchange between what is presented and what is perceived and how the power dynamics drives these expression into a constant invisibility – just like our existence.”
